AI at 3,400 metres: Arxia opens the AI Acceleration Program with Caja Cusco in Peru
By Carlos Parker · Head of International Business

Arxia's consulting work reached new heights this July — literally. At 3,400 metres above sea level, in the ancient Inca capital, Arxia delivered the opening workshop of its AI Acceleration Program to a new client: Caja Cusco.
A regulated sector, a practical question
Caja Cusco is a leading Peruvian financial institution specialising in microfinance and banking services. In a sector where regulation shapes every decision, the question is not whether AI has value but how to use it safely and in a way that lasts.
For eight hours, Arxia's Carlos Parker and the Caja Cusco leadership team worked through how modern organisations build AI operating systems that function in highly regulated environments.

A full day of discovery
The AI Ignite Workshop is a two-way conversation, not a lecture. Over the day, the team explored where agentic AI can help their business and which capabilities they need to build so that adoption delivers real results.

Weeks of work in Peru
The Cusco workshop closed several weeks of training, workshops and meetings in Peru, made possible with Arxia's partners IT Studio and Manuel Rubén Dueñas Saona. Arxia looks forward to more projects with Caja Cusco and with other financial organisations in Lima.
The AI Acceleration Program keeps expanding, with more countries to be announced. Arxia is also growing its network of delivery partners and welcomes contact from organisations that see a fit in their country, and from consultants who want to join the team as AI operationalisation specialists.
