Arxia keynote at ICAC 2026 in Silicon Valley: how to operationalise agentic AI safely
By Carlos Parker · Head of International Business

C-level leaders don't need theoretical demos. They need architectures that are solid, secure and governable. That was the message Arxia took to Silicon Valley.
A keynote for Latin American leadership
From 8 to 12 June, Common Perú brought senior executives from Latin America to Silicon Valley for its International Conference & Annual Convention (ICAC 2026), part of the C-Level Americas Summit. Arxia's Carlos Parker was invited as keynote speaker with the session "AI Operating System (AIOS): how to operationalise agentic AI in business processes effectively and securely."
The keynote covered three areas:
- Governance and control: what an AIOS is and how it structures AI within company strategy.
- Operational efficiency: concrete strategies to optimise complex processes and operations with autonomous agents.
- Security and risk mitigation: how to deploy agentic AI while keeping infrastructure agile and environments protected.
It drew on Arxia's years leading digital transformation, ecosystem development and Digital Public Infrastructure projects in more than 20 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, translated into the language leadership needs today: corporate governance, risk management and technology architecture.

Three days of direct conversations
Beyond the stage, the convention gave Arxia three days of one-to-one conversations with innovative leaders from Peru, Colombia and Ecuador — informal exchanges, between golf, food and a few beers, that are often more valuable than meetings in corporate offices.
A pattern emerged. Most companies are at a similar point: they know AI has value, but they lack a clear structure to drive adoption and sustain use over time. And they all ask the same question: where, concretely, is the return?

Where the AI Accelerator fits
That is the gap Arxia's AI Accelerator addresses: a 12-week path with concrete results, where adoption, strategy and policy work together towards one goal — return on investment.
Arxia thanks Common Perú and Manuel Rubén Dueñas Saona for the invitation and their trust.
