For many years, Rwanda has positioned itself as one of Africa's leaders in government digital transformation. This summer, Arxia returned to Kigali to begin a new project as part of that journey.

A whole-of-government framework

Rwanda is preparing its National Digital Public Infrastructure Guidelines. They will support a whole-of-government transition towards a more integrated, inclusive and citizen-centred digital society, giving institutions a shared foundation for how digital public services are designed, connected and delivered.

Arxia's role

Arxia is part of the team supporting this work, bringing its experience in DPI, interoperability and data governance from engagements across Africa, Asia and Europe, from regional data standards in the Great Lakes region to national interoperability work in Cambodia.
