Arxia and Vision Africa AI bring the AI Ignite Workshop to Ugandan organisations

On 29 April, Arxia and Vision Africa AI joined forces for a practical workshop on AI operationalisation for Ugandan organisations at the Protea Hotel Kololo in Kampala.
Two perspectives in one room
The session was facilitated by Carlos Parker, Head of International Business at Arxia, and CPA Dr. James Okello Onyoin, Managing Partner at HLB and Board Chairperson of Vision Africa AI. It combined a global view of how organisations are adopting AI with practical applications in finance and business.
From interest to operations
The AI Ignite Workshop is built around one question: what systems and frameworks does an organisation need to adopt AI successfully? Participants explored how to integrate AI into the way they already work — streamlining operations, improving efficiency and driving scale — rather than treating it as a separate experiment.
The workshop was full. For those who could not attend, it is the first of many actions in Uganda introducing Arxia's AI Accelerator Program.
